Depending on the cookies, analytics, advertising, and affiliate tracking tools enabled on Affiliate2Day.com, we may “share” certain online identifiers and internet or network activity information as defined by the CCPA. California residents have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information.

To exercise this right, please use: Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link or Cookie Preferences link. You may also enable a browser-based opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, where supported by your browser or extension.

If we determine that no sale or sharing occurs after a full technical review, this section should be updated to say: “We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA.”

·        Right to know/access: request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you and information about how we use, disclose, sell, or share it.

·        Right to delete: request deletion of personal information we collected from you, subject to exceptions such as legal, accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute, and contractual requirements.

·        Right to correct: request correction of inaccurate personal information that we maintain about you.

·        Right to opt out of sale or sharing: direct us not to sell or share your personal information, including for cross-context behavioral advertising.

·        Right to limit use and disclosure of sensitive personal information: direct us to use sensitive personal information only for permitted CCPA purposes, if we use it beyond those purposes.

We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about California residents. If we use sensitive personal information only for permitted purposes, such as account security, payment processing, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and service delivery, the CCPA right to limit may not apply.

5. How to Submit a CCPA Request

You may submit a CCPA request using the methods below:

Email

privacy@affiliate2day.com

Website form

https://www.affiliate2day.com/contact

For requests to know, delete, or correct, we may need to verify your identity. Verification may include matching the information you provide with information already maintained by us, asking you to log in to your affiliate account, or requesting additional information only as necessary to verify and process the request.

We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within the timeframe required by law. If we need more time, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide proof of authorization and may ask you to verify your identity directly with us, unless the request is made through an opt-out preference signal where verification is not required.

6. Opt-Out Preference Signals and Global Privacy Control

Where required by the CCPA and where technically feasible, we will process opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, as valid requests to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for the browser or device sending the signal. If you are logged into your affiliate account and we can reasonably associate the signal with your account, we may apply the opt-out to your account as required by law.

If Affiliate2Day.com sells or shares personal information under the CCPA, the website should display whether the opt-out preference signal has been processed, for example by showing an “Opt-Out Request Honored” message or an equivalent privacy status indicator.

Please note that opt-out preference signals may apply to the browser or device from which they are sent. You may need to enable the signal separately on each browser or device you use.

7. Cookies, Affiliate Links, and Conversion Tracking

Affiliate2Day.com uses affiliate links, tracking identifiers, cookies, pixels, server logs, and related technologies to attribute referrals, record leads and transactions, calculate commissions, detect invalid or fraudulent traffic, maintain account security, improve website performance, and analyze program results.

Some tracking is necessary to operate the affiliate program and process commissions. Other cookies or technologies, such as analytics or advertising cookies, may be optional depending on how the website is configured. Where required, you can manage cookie preferences through Cookie Preferences link.

If you opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, we will stop using your personal information for sale or sharing purposes as required by law. However, we may continue to use personal information for permitted business purposes such as security, fraud prevention, debugging, affiliate attribution required to perform the contract, legal compliance, and accounting records.

8. Children

Affiliate2Day.com is intended for business users, publishers, marketers, and affiliates who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect, sell, or share personal information of children under 16 years of age.

9. Financial Incentives

Affiliate2Day.com provides commissions or payouts to affiliates under the applicable affiliate agreement and program terms. These payments are compensation for valid referrals, leads, transactions, or other qualifying activity and are not offered as a CCPA financial incentive in exchange for a California resident’s personal information.

If we offer any program in the future that is considered a financial incentive or price/service difference under the CCPA, we will provide a separate notice describing the material terms of that program and obtain any required consent.

10. Changes to this Notice

We may update this California Privacy Notice from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this Notice indicates when it was last revised. Any updates will be posted on this page.
